On the 25-10-12 at around 3.15 pm a fifty-two-year-old Heidelberg West resident responded to a knock on the front door. A male assailant of Aboriginal appearance then forced his way into the home and stabbed the victim before stealing a gold bracelet. The victim of crime was treated at the Austin Hospital.
