On the 19-06-17 at around 4.50 pm a sixteen-year-old boy was walking along Royal Avenue in Sandringham when he was approached by an adult male. The offender struck the teenager to the side of his head and demanded his wallet before running off through a nearby park towards Harold Street. Shortly afterwards a thirty-year-old male from Cheltenham was arrested in relation to the incident and was remanded in custody. The victim left the scene and has not been located since and police are now appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage victim.
