If you are a health practitioner and have had Undertakings or Conditions placed on your practicing licence or have had your practicing licence suspended and feel aggrieved as you believe that you have not been treated justly by AHPRA please join our support group.

To date it appears that some AHPRA staff members may have engaged  in extraordinary procedural  behaviour and our support group is looking at documenting and reporting such to the appropriate federal government minister as well as considering issuing legal proceedings.

If you would like to participate in our regular meetings or if would like to report any irregularities please reply by email.

Alternatively, you may wish to make a complaint directly to the National Health Practitioner Ombudsman and Privacy Commissioner.

Also, please note that that an independent review of AHPRA will be commencing soon with details expected to be placed on the Australian Health Ministers’ Advisory Council website at www.ahmac.gov.au. Committee’s final reporting date to 13 March 2014.
