On the 04-03-14 at around 10.30 pm a male driver was waiting at the intersection of Princes Highway and Clow Street in Dandenong when he was approached by an unknown male who dragged him from his motor vehicle. The offender then got into the motor vehicle and drove some one hundred meters before the vehicle suffered a flat tyre, possibly from striking a gutter, and he then fled on foot. The offender was described as aged in his twenties and possibly spoke with a European accent.
