Victims of Crime Counselling and Compensation Services (VOCCS) is not affiliated with or a division of Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT). VOCCS is a private entity providing professional services to victims of crime in Victoria.


No Fee Service for a Victim of Crime

There are NO COSTS to a victim of crime as our services are Victorian State Government funded.

VOCCS acts on your behalf to ensure that you obtain all your financial entitlements and assistance to aid in your recovery and has been doing so in Victoria for the past twelve years.

VOCCS is a totally unique service in that it provides a complete range of free counselling and compensation services immediately by a team of experts specializing solely in the provision of services to victims of crime.

A person who has been a victim of a crime in Victoria within the past two years and has suffered either a physical injury or a psychological injury and has reported the incident to the police is eligible for crimes compensation.

Victims of Crime Counselling and Compensation Services always establishes this eligibility first in order to ensure that there are NO COSTS to crime victims. A victim of crime has suffered enough and should not be expected to endure any further costs, suffering or financial hardship.

VOCCS has a very long and strong history in the provision of services to victims of crime in Victoria and is totally unique to all other services as it is completely free and provides all services immediately in one convenient central location.
