On the 01-11-14 at around 6.00 am a forty-six-year-old woman was indecently assaulted while running along The Tan Track on Birdwood Avenue in Treasury Gardens in St Kilda by an unknown male who approached her from behind.
Some twenty-five minutes later a male exposed himself to a twenty-three-year-old female woman who was standing at a tram stop on St Kilda Road and as she attempted to flee the offender followed her and indecently assaulted her.
Some thirty to forty minutes later two women were walking along a walking track around the Maribyrnong River in Maribyrnong when they were approached by a man who indecently assaulted one of the females before fleeing.
At around 8.00 am the same morning a female was grabbed and indecently assaulted as she walked along Clarks Road in Keilor East.
Detectives from Melbourne SOCIT believe the same man is responsible for the four incidents. The offender is described as being Caucasian, aged in his 30s with a slim to medium build.
