At around 3.00 pm on the 12-02-12 a male offender allegedly attempted to remove the sixty-three-year-old victim’s wallet from his pocked resulting in a struggle. A forty-four-year-old woman came the victim’s aid and was punched to the face by a female offender. The assailants then alighted from the tram followed by the male victim and who was then again physically assaulted. Both victims suffered abrasions, bruising and swelling. The police have questioned the alleged offenders.
