On the 12-02-13 at around 1.40 pm a twenty-eight-year-old male victim, who was pushing his bike along a footpath in St. Albans, became involved in an altercation with a male aged in his late forties and a female. The male subsequently allegedly stabbed the victim with a knife to his upper body. The victim was rushed to the Royal Melbourne Hospital with serious internal injuries. Brimbank CIU police are investigating the incident and are appealing for any witnesses.
