On the 07-01-12 at around 10:50 pm one assailant entered the taxi and asked to be driven to Richmond to collect a friend. Once in Richmond the second assailant entered the taxi and allegedly put a plastic bag over the taxi driver’s head while the first man stuck him with a syringe before they fled with cash.
