On the 07-07-12 at around 12.40 pm a Beaconsfield male got out of his ute at an intersection in Dandenong and approached another motor vehicle who he alleged had cut him off. The driver of the second motor vehicle, fearing for his and his family’s safety, drove off with the driver of the ute clinging onto his bulbar. The driver of the second motor vehicle proceeded to the Dandenong Police Station with the driver of the ute still clinging onto the bulbar where both drivers were interviewed.
