On the 12-02-18 a twenty-two-year-old male was charged with two aggravated burglaries earlier that evening. As around 12.50 am the offender entered a home on Webster Street in Lake Wendouree and at around 2.30 a home on Wendouree Parade in Lake Wendouree armed with a knife. Ballarat Crime Investigation Unit detectives charged the offender with two counts of aggravated burglary and possession of a controlled weapon and was remanded in custody to front Ballarat Magistrates’ Court.
