On the 15-07-12 two male assailants armed with an iron pole and a taser broke a glass window at the Research home and assaulted the twenty-six-year-old male victim and the twenty-eight-year-old female victim with the weapons. One of the assailants, a twenty-eight-year-old from Fawkner, has since been charged while the other assailant remains at large. The male victim sustained a laceration to his arm and is being treated at the Austin Hospital.
