On the 01-01-13 at around 1.30 am two assailants wearing balaclavas and armed with a sawn off shot gun knocked on the door of the Matthews Road property in Corio. When the fifty-eight-age-year-old male resident answered the door the assailants dragged him into his garage where they stole up to twenty firearms. The victim is a licensed firearms dealer. The victim was also physically assaulted and sustained minor facial injuries. The assailants escaped in a black Holden Commodore.
