On the 24-09-12 a sixty year old male was sleeping on his couch when he was awoken by noise and then confronted an assailant carrying a crow bar in his hallway, who had entered his home via the garage. A scuffle ensued between the sixty year old victim and the assailant during which the victim sustained a laceration to his forehead before the assailant fled.
