On the 12-11-17 at around 11.00pm three male offenders smashed through the front door of a home on Lawson Street in Hampton and once inside were confronted by the sixty-five-year-old male homeowner. The three offenders proceeded to assault the victim before running away along Smith Street.  The elderly male victim sustained head injuries and was treated in hospital. The offenders were all described as tall and wearing hooded jumpers.
