On Friday the 19-07-13 at around 4.00 am a female in her twenties awoke to find a male assailant in her bedroom of her Park Street home in South Melbourne searching through her belongings. The woman confronted the male and after a brief struggle he fled with her bag and mobile. Police are appealing for anyone in the area at the time of the aggravated burglary who may have seen a man wearing a red hoodie and dark pants to contact them.
