On the 20-04-12 at around 8.55am a twenty-seven-year-old female victim was upstairs when she heard noises downstairs and when she went to investigate she was confronted by a masked male assailant with a knife. The victim quickly fled and contacted police while the assailant left via the rear door and over the back fence.
