On Monday the 4th March 2013 at around 6.00 pm a female victim was confronted by a burglar in the bedroom of her Malvern Road Toorak home. Police soon afterwards arrested two males, a nineteen-year-old and a twenty-year-old, at the nearby Hawksburn Railway Station and charged them with aggravated burglary and they were remanded to appear in the Melbourne Magistrates Court.
