On the 03-06-18 at around 9.30 pm a woman walked to her car which was parked in a residential car park on Ruby Street in Essendon to find a male offender inside attempting to steal property. The woman confronted the offender who made threats towards her safety before feeling on foot towards Hoffmans Road. The offender is Caucasian, about 183cm tall with a skinny build, pale complexion and piercing light-coloured eyes and was wearing either a red t-shirt or red top with the sleeves pushed up. Moonee Valley CIU detectives are appealing for public assistance following an incident in Essendon West.
