On Sunday the 19-05-13 at around 2.00 pm a twenty-seven-year-old legally blind female was walking with her guide dog along Parkmore Road in Keysborough when a motor vehicle pulled up beside her and a male assailant alighted and pulled her handbag off her shoulder before fleeing back into the back seat of the motor vehicle which then drove off. Police are appealing for witnesses.
