On the 28-06-12 at around 11.15 pm an armed male assailant entered the Glen Waverley Convenience Store and threatened the store attendant with a screw driver who then gave the assailant cash and he then fled.
On the 29-06-12 at around 1.55 am the same assailant entered a Mount Waverley Convenience Store and again threatened the shop assistant with a screw driver before being given cash and fleeing.
