On the 15-10-15 at around 3.25am two offenders with their faces covered attempted to enter a convenience store on Epsom Road in Ascot Vale but the shop attendant refused to let them in and they fled. Later that morning, at around 3.50 am, two men robbed a service station on Ferrars Street in Albert Park, and at around 4.00 am two men robbed a convenience store on Victoria Avenue in Albert Park. During the robberies both offenders had their faces covered and were armed with long-arm firearms and threatened the attendants before fleeing with cigarettes and money. The male offenders were described as both being Caucasian and both of average height and build.
