On the 23-06-12 at around 9.00 am a male assailant entered a Convenience Store in Ascot Vale and demanded cash from staff threatening that he was armed with a gun and left after being given a sum of money.
On the 27-06-12 at around 12.00 noon it is suspected that the same male assailant entered a restaurant in Collingwood and threatened staff with a gun to open the cash register.
