On the 07-08-16 at around 8.30pm a male offender entered on a fast food restaurant in Derrimut armed with a knife. The offender then proceeded to punch a staff member before demanding cash which he was given and he then ran from the store. Brimbank Embona Armed Robbery Taskforce detectives have since charged a twenty-year-old man from Derrimut with armed robbery, intentionally cause injury and assault with a weapon and who was remanded to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
