On Thursday the 02-05-13 at around 1.00 pm a male assailant jumped into the front passenger side of the thirty-one-year-old female victim’s BMW motor vehicle in Footscray and threatened her with a sharp weapon. The assailant told the victim to drive to an ATM and to withdraw money. The victim drove to Union Road in Ascot Vale where she withdraw money and gave it to the assailant who then fled. The assailant is described as being of Southern European appearance and aged in his thirties. Moonee Valley CIU detectives are investigating the robbery.
