On the 14-05-14 at around 2.00 am a male entered a Service Station on Willsmere Road in Kew and approached the staff member who was mopping the floors. The offender, who was wearing a pair of skins shorts over his face and holding a hand gun, demanded the staff member stop what he was doing but the staff member did not believe the weapon was real and refused to comply. The offender then fled the store to a waiting motor vehicle, possibly a green Hyundai or similar, which contained two others and was last seen heading west on Earl Street. The offender was described as being of African appearance, around 173 cm tall, thin build and was wearing a black windcheater with a Chicago Bulls logo on the front. Police are appealing for public assistance.
