On the 30-09-15 at around 4.00 pm a thirty-four-year-old woman was returning to her motor vehicle located near the National Gallery of Victoria on St Kilda Road and as she was placing her ten-month-old child into her motor vehicle she was approached by a male offender with a knife. The offender demanded the female victim’s purse and phone before running off towards Southbank Boulevard. The offender was described as being Caucasian and aged in his thirties.
