On the 17-07-13 at around 6.30 am two men were involved in an altercation on the corner of Albion Street and Brighton Road in Balaclava when one male produced a box cutter and slashed the throat of the other male. The victim of the vicious assault was treated at The Alfred Hospital in St Kilda.
