On the 03-07-13 at around 3.30 pm a male was driving along the Nepean Highway in Brighton when two males on the side of the road threw an object at his motor vehicle. The driver turned his motor vehicle and around and approached the two males at which time one male threatened him with a knife and the struck him with a glass bottle. Other motorists came to the victim’s aid and the assailants fled on foot. Bayside detectives are investigating the assault.
