On the 09-05-13 at around 10.00 pm a twenty-seven-year-old male victim noticed a man lying on Dunstan Parade in Campbellfield. The victim went to assist the male who proceeded to kick the victim to the face and steal his wallet and mobile phone. Fawkner police are appealing for any witnesses.
