On the 16-04-13 at around 12.50 am a twenty-five-year-old male was withdrawing money from an ATM in Cleeland Street Dandenong when he was struck from behind to the back of his head and had his wallet stolen. Police indicated that two men of African appearance were seen running from the scene.
