On Wednesday the 27th February 2013 at around midday an assailant punched the motor vehicle of the sixty-three-year-old victim in North Fitzroy. When the victim got out of his motor vehicle he was punched. The victim then followed the assailant and was again assaulted and then returned to his motor vehicle followed by two assailants. The victim sustained a laceration to his right eye. Police are appealing for witnesses.
