On the 28-12-13 at around 6.30 pm a thirty-two-year-old disabled woman was indecently assaulted by a male near the main entrance of the Flinders Street Railway Station in the Melbourne CBD. This offender is described as being of solid build with grey hair and around 188cm in height and was wearing shorts, runners and a white and blue top. Police are appealing for witnesses.
