On the 08-07-18 at around midnight a thirty-year-old male was watching a sporting event at a bar on Barkly Street in St Kilda when an unknown male walked past and bumped into him. A short time later the male returned and head butted the victim before throwing punches at a number of bystanders. The victim sustained facial injuries and the offender was quickly evicted from the bar by security staff. St Kilda police are appealing for witnesses to the incident.
