On the 05-03-14 at around 5.00 pm police arrested and charged four teenagers following an attempted theft at the Pakenham Shopping Centre on the afternoon of the 4th March 2014. The teenagers were charged with a variety of offences including resisting arrest and assaulting police. One fourteen-year-old boy was due to front the Children’s Court today while a fourteen-year-old boy, a fifteen-year-old boy and a sixteen-year-old girl were bailed to appear at the Children’s Court at a later date.
