On the 10-11-17 between 10.30am and 11.00amva twenty-one-year-old male offender proceeded to assault seven victims at the Hub Arcade on Lonsdale Street in Dandenong. One of the victims was a seventy-six-year-old woman who was struck to the head causing her to lose consciousness. The offender was charged with affray and remanded at Melbourne Magistrate’s Court today. Dandenong police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident to contact them.
