On Thursday the 04-04-13 at around 5.00 pm a twenty-five-year-old female was shopping at the Thompsons Road Supermarket in Cranbourne when she noticed a woman speaking to her three children. The mother soon after saw the female pick up her a four-year-old child in the toy aisle and when challenged the female put the child down and left. Police investigators are appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
