On Tuesday the 23-10-12 at around about 8.10 pm a forty-two-year-old Bus Driver picked up a male passenger in Doncaster. The passenger attempted to pay the driver with small coins at which time the driver offered him a free ride. The male then violently attacked the driver repeatedly punching him to the face. Another passenger came to the victim’s aid and the assailant fled. The victim sustained bruising, swelling and cuts to his face. The assailant is believed to be in his early twenties.
