On the 10-08-14 at around 10.50 pm a taxi driver picked up two males and a female on Springvale Road in Springvale who asked to be driven to Clayton. During the journey the offenders asked the taxi driver to turn into Fifth Avenue in Chelsea Heights and to stop. The front passenger’s credit card was then denied at which time the taxi driver was punched to the face through the driver’s side window by another offender. The offenders then stole the coin dispenser before fleeing. Police later arrested a fifteen year old male and twenty year old male both from Chelsea Heights as well as a sixteen year old female from Chelsea.
