On the 21 July 2014 a twenty-year-old male was seriously physically assaulted at a business premises on Johnson Street in Collingwood and was treated at the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Police have since arrested two men, a twenty-three-year-old Oak Park man and a twenty-four-year-old Broadmeadows man, both with links to the Comanchero Outlaw Motorcycle Gang in relation to the assault.
