4%     to Online Stalking

16%   to Stolen credit card

10%   to Online fraud

1%     to Stolen identity

29%   to Computer virus that damaged computer/data

56% – None of the above

45% reported no financial loss and 8% more than $1000 loss with the average loss being $310.

Security Company, Symantec, claims that currently $1.8 billion is lost to Cybercrime in Australia each year.
