On the 03-10-15 at around 9.45pm police arrived at a home on Ballarat Road in Deer Park where they found the body of a forty-three-year-old man on the road. Homicide detectives arrested and charged a forty-eight-year-old Melton West man at the scene with murder to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates Court.
