On Sunday the 17-08-14 at around 2.45 am a twenty-six-year-old male was stabbed in the stomach at a birthday party on Highbury Road in Glen Waverley. The offender, also aged twenty six years, was known to the victim and has since been charged by police with reckless conduct causing serious injury and was remanded in custody. The victim was treated at the Monash Medical Centre in a serious condition.
