My son was the victim of a coward punch. He suffered a broken nose, bruising, chipped teeth, headaches etc. He spent the night in hospital. His medical/dental expenses have been paid in full.

I’m trying to get some idea of how much the Tribunal is likely to award for pain + suffering. If it’s less than $1,000, then it probably isnt worth pursuing. If the likely amount is, say $2,000 or more, then he would probably proceed.

I can’t find any examples of the amounts that the Tribunal awards.
