On the 21-04-14 at around 2.40 pm police were called to a property on Longmuir Road in Watsonia to discover the bodies of two deceased children. Homicide detectives have since charged a thirty-five-year-old man from Watsonia with two counts of murder. The offender was remanded in custody.
