Human Right Activists are calling for stricter rules regulating police use of Pepper Spray. What nonsense!

Greg Davies, Police Association Secretary, asked about the human rights of the 2,500 police members who were physically assaulted last year to protect themselves.

I would go on and ask about the human rights of the almost 40,000 victims of serious crime in Victoria last year and how much consideration was given by the assailant to their human rights before they were physically assaulted, raped and murdered.

Pepper Spray is probably the most humane way of dealing with violent assailants and for the protection of police.
