On the 16-08-12 at around 7.40 pm a seventeen-year-old male was walking through Springvale when he was forced into a motor vehicle and assaulted by four teenage males. The assailants released the victim sometime later and he immediately reported the incident to the police. The police later that evening arrested four males aged from seventeen to eighteen years. The four assailants have been charged with false imprisonment, intentionally cause injury, threats to kill, robbery and theft. Two of the assailants are to appear at the Dandenong Magistrates Court and the other two at the Children’s Court.
