On the 12-08-12 at around 2.30 am a nineteen-year-old male from Melbourne was physically assaulted with a pole while waiting at a taxi rank in Bendigo. Four men from Bendigo aged in their twenties have since been arrested and charged. It is believed that up to seven assailants were involved in the attack.
