On the 29-03-12 at around 2.50 pm a male assailant in his thirties rammed the motor vehicle of a sixty-one-year-old victim in Evans Street Brunswick before punching him to the face and then applying a taser to the victim’s face and chest. The assailant fled the scene when a bystander noticed the incident and the victim was then taken to hospital.
