On the 06-06-12 at around 5.30 pm a forty-year-old man was approached by three male assailants of African appearance in a car park in Dandenong and was struck to the head with a weapon and then physically assaulted before having his jacket stolen resulting in the victim sustaining serious injuries and requiring treatment at the Casey Hospital.
